Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VideoForge Studio ("VideoForge", "we", "us"), the video automation service available on this website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) and, if contracting on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Your account

• You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies

3. What the Service does

VideoForge generates video content (scripts, images, audio, and composed videos) from your data, and can publish that content — with the disclosure labels each platform requires — to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and TikTok accounts that you connect and authorize. Content is created on your behalf based on your prompts and data.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You own the content you upload and the outputs you generate
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish your content as needed to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the legality and platform-compliance of everything you publish: copyright, trademarks, impersonation, spam, and the mandatory AI disclosure labeling required by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• You must only connect pages/accounts you own or have authority to manage

5. Access tokens and permissions

You authorize VideoForge to store and use the access tokens you provide or that are obtained through the official login flows of Meta and TikTok. You can revoke access at any time from the platform (Facebook settings, TikTok, or by removing the project) or by contacting us.

6. Plans and billing

• Plans: Free, Creator, Agency, and Unlimited. Current limits (niches, projects, videos per run) are shown on the pricing page and in the app
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Prices may change with 30 days notice; free-tier limits remain as described

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. In short: Creator/Gift plans carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee; beyond that, refunds are issued at our discretion or as required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: create spam, misleading or unlawful content; violate any platform's Terms of Service (including Meta's and TikTok's); misrepresent content as human when the platform requires AI disclosure; attempt to break, scrape, or disrupt the Service; or infringe third-party rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Service (software, design, text, and features) belongs to VideoForge. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it. Your content and generated outputs remain yours.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that posts will publish successfully, that your pages will grow, or that platform APIs will not change or fail
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or content)

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, platform policy violations, fraud, or legal requirements. On termination, generated files may be deleted; export what you need beforehand.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means acceptance. For significant changes we will also notify you by email where possible.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
